Jenn brings over 20 years experience in helping global clients develop and implement their business and marketing strategies. She has spearheaded Hansa’s approaches to persona development and brand and customer experience measurement. Jenn has experience in both B2B and B2C customer research across multiple industries. She is an expert researcher, moderator, and client consultant.

Jenn has worked across the world’s markets for numerous brands, including work in medical device, technology, utility, office equipment, retail and numerous other sectors.

Jenn has a strong cross-disciplinary background in marketing and public relations that gives her a unique perspective on market research, enabling her to quickly visualize and articulate the actionable outcomes from an engagement.

Jenn has a Bachelor of Arts degree in literature and theatre from Reed College and a Master of Business Administration from Cornell University Johnson School of Management.
