His work at the forefront of research methods and techniques has helped clients in many functions and roles including research, marketing, operations, and C-suite.
Wayne is an expert in brand and customer experience management. His work spans a broad and deep range of areas including customer needs identification, new product development, market segmentation, strategy implementation, brand development, marketing communications, and customer loyalty.
Prior to joining Hansa, Wayne held senior executive positions with Synovate Loyalty, Symmetrics Marketing Corporation, The Forum Corporation, Age Wave, and Harbridge House. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from Reed College, and a Master of Public Administration, with distinction, from Cornell University Johnson School of Management.
