We began in 1979 as Griggs-Anderson Research, where we pioneered research focused on the technology industry. Our team is proud to count the PC, the PDA, and the digital camera among the many products and services we helped bring to market in the ‘90s as technology truly took root around the world.
Our research approach has always included both qualitative and quantitative designs conducted by experienced consultants, moderators and PhD-level analysts with decades of experience across disciplines. In 1998, Gartner acquired Griggs-Anderson to become its primary research organization. Between 1998 and 2005, as Gartner Custom Research, we conducted hundreds of custom research engagements worldwide each year. At that time we expanded further into telecom, financial services, and healthcare.
In 2005, we became independently owned and, in 2007, we were acquired by the R.K. Swamy family of companies. The R.K.
